Here's how to join and list your vacation property For Rent or For Sale:
1) Be sure to read the Disclaimer/Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before signing up.
2) Step 1: Complete and submit the Member Signup Form below. Note that you have the option of displaying your real name or a chosen Username on your listing and home page. This allows either privacy or disclosure of your real name, depending upon your needs and wishes. (A suggestion is to use your first name only as your Username.) Upon submission of the form, a security code page will be presented to prevent automated submissions. The page for Step 2 will follow immediately.
3) Step 2: You'll be prompted to establish your Username and Password. Submit the form. A confirmation Email will be sent to you confirming your Username and Password, usually within a few minutes. This completes the activation of your account. Hint: write down your Username and Password in case our confirmation Email is delayed or rejected by a spam filter on your email system.
4) Step 3: You'll be automatically logged into the Self Service Property Listing Module. You must have cookies enabled in your browser to remain logged in during your session. You can set up (or begin to set up) your property listing and/or homepage. (Click the "Add" button at the bottom right corner of the first screen you see. ) Be sure to save your work, using the "Save" button at the bottom or top right corner of the Listing setup screen. Your listing will undergo Editorial Review, usually within 1 day or less. Don't worry if your listing is not quite complete. You can edit or finish it anytime. Upon editorial approval, your listing will be visible on the web site. If you decide it's still not quite ready, you can check a box at the top of the Listing setup screen to keep the listing hidden. When you unhide your listing, be sure to click on "Save" to record the change. Your Email address as entered below will be double encrypted and you'll be able to receive inquiries immediately. When your listing becomes active, your home page will also become active.
5) Your free trial listing period is 30 calendar days, set automatically by our system upon account activation.
